Rates and Fees 2025

Seasonal Camping Rate-  Contact us for seasonal lot rent, as these vary based on lot location. 

Dock Installation/Removal Fee- $50/each staff-labor installation or removal

Lift Installation/Removal Fee- $75 each staff-labor installation or removal

Off-Season Storage Fees (Items stored in our buildings outside of your lot)-

$100 for pole shed storage

 $25 per item for picnic shelter storage

• Storage of these items will be included in your seasonal rate during the camping season

Visitors’ Fee-  $5/person daily pass (ages 5 and under free) OR

 $10/vehicle daily pass (regardless of # of people) OR

  $30/season pass (per person; ages 5 and under free)

• This applies to unregistered guests (seasonal campers must register with us in the office at the start of season, and the lot rent only includes immediate family). Visitors can only be friends/family of seasonal campers, and can only be present when accompanied by seasonal campers. 
• Failure to register guests will result in this fee being added to the host's monthly tab.

Onsite Sewage Pumping Fee- $10/time 

Yard Work Fee (Raking, Mowing, Etc)- $15/hour

Free Amenities Included with Camping & Visitor Rates-

• Pets’ stay
• Use of our kayaks (must register in lodge before use, to ensure equal time for everybody)
• Use of pool, shower buildings, and playgrounds/outdoor games and sports
• Games, TV viewing, and free WiFi in the lodge, plus access to shopping and food services 
• Involvement in our campground activities  
• Use of an outbuilding for a gathering (just reserve ahead of time; however, guest fees must still be paid for anyone who is not a registered camper)
